What is the Process of Using a Part Exchange Plus Scheme?
- Confirm your eligibility: Check if your current home meets the criteria of our Part Exchange Plus scheme by visiting both our Part Exchange and MoveEasy terms and conditions
- Agree on an appointment: Set up a meeting with your dedicated Sales Consultant
- Home valuation: We’ll set up a home valuation and provide you with two offers for your home and marketing your home
- Reservation: After accepting both offers, you will secure your new home by paying a reservation fee of £1,000
- Marketing your home: We’ll market your home through up to three estate agents for up to four weeks. If an offer is accepted, we’ll proceed with our MoveEasy scheme

- We will put you in touch with one of our recommended Independent Financial Advisors, so you can discuss whether Deposit Unlock is right for you.
- When you’re set to reserve, we’ll give you a confirmation letter to apply for a Deposit Unlock mortgage with a participating lender.
- Once your mortgage is approved, schedule an appointment with us to kick-start your new home journey.
