An emergency is defined as:

  • No Heating and / or Hot water: complete failure of Heating and / or Hot water
  • Water leak: any leak which cannot be contained and causing additional damage
  • Blocked toilets: no usable toilet in the property
  • Doors: unable to open or secure any external door
  • Blocked drains: when causing a flood or overflowing (please note: homeowners may be liable for costs if the blockage is self-inflicted)
