Every member of our team follows our Customer Charter, a guarantee of customer service that meets our exacting standards. It ensures you will receive consistently high levels of support whenever you contact us.
Our experienced and friendly sales team are on-hand to assist you through every stage of the buying process, from initial enquiry to the moment you collect your keys.
They can talk you through the development, the homes available now or in the future, the details of the specification and then help you find the right home. Current developments have a marketing suite on site that is open Thursday to Monday. It’s always best to call ahead to book an appointment so we are free to talk you through the information, but we will of course welcome you at any time during our opening hours of 10am – 5pm.
Once you have chosen a home we can proceed to a reservation. This is a detailed appointment and you’ll receive a comprehensive pack explaining the process. We can also put you in touch with independent solicitors and mortgage advisors who have worked for our customers and can help ensure a smooth and speedy buying process. And your Hopkins Homes Sales Consultant will ensure clear and timely communication.
A fortnight before completion, we’ll invite you to a familiarisation visit of your new home. Your Sales Consultant and the Site Manager will take you through its features and offer practical guidance on the maintenance and operation of the home and answer your questions.
This will be followed by a handover meeting on the day of legal completion, where we will provide you with a Customer Care folder containing warranty information, NHBC Buildmark warranty information, equipment manuals and guarantees.
Once you have completed on your Hopkins Home you are automatically enrolled into a Two-Year Builder Warranty provided by Hopkins Homes, and a Ten-Year NHBC Warranty.
We are here to assist you with any issues that may occur and for the first 90 days your Warranty is managed and delivered by the Site Manager, with support from our Customer Care Team at Head Office.
After this, your warranty is looked after by our Customer Care Team up until the second anniversary of your legal completion.
From this point your cover is provided by the NHBC for another eight years, giving you protection for a whole decade after you’ve moved in.
