Beccles

Development off London Road

As you may be aware, planning permission was granted by East Suffolk Council in November 2019 for a development off London Road, Beccles.

The development will consist of 228 new homes and will include a range of two to four-bedroom houses, bungalows and apartments. 68 of the homes will be Affordable Homes, including rented and shared ownership which will be delivered in partnership with a housing association. The final masterplan for the site is shown below:

Work on construction of the development will start in March 2020, with the first homes being completed in March 2021.

Stowmarket

Development off Union Road, Stowmarket

The development will consist of 300 new homes and will include a range of one to four-bedroom houses, bungalows and apartments. 60 of the homes will be Affordable Homes, including rented, shared ownership and discounted market, some of which will be delivered in partnership with a housing association. The final masterplan for the site is shown below:

This Development will launch at the end of November from our sales office on site with 2 fantastic show homes available to view.
