Development off London Road
As you may be aware, planning permission was granted by East Suffolk Council in November 2019 for a development off London Road, Beccles.
The development will consist of 228 new homes and will include a range of two to four-bedroom houses, bungalows and apartments. 68 of the homes will be Affordable Homes, including rented and shared ownership which will be delivered in partnership with a housing association. The final masterplan for the site is shown below:
Work on construction of the development will start in March 2020, with the first homes being completed in May 2021. We are looking to launch this development early February, with a Show Home available to view late May 2021. for more information or to register your interest, please click here.
