Bramford is a thriving village, just three miles west of the county town of Ipswich, yet surrounded by abundant farmland, gentle rolling hills and just a short drive from the heritage Suffolk coast and the beaches of Aldeburgh, Old Felixstowe and Southwold.

Willowbrook is well-served by a variety of shops and services for everyday needs including a pharmacy and village pub; The Bramford Cock. Dating from the 16th century it offers real ales and home cooked food, alongside a large garden with a children’s play area. For families, several schools are close by including Bramford CEVC Primary School and Claydon Primary School, whilst older students can be catered for at Claydon High School and Northgate High School. The independent Ipswich School is approximately a 10 minute drive away whilst Colchester Royal Grammar and Colchester County High School, both regularly named two of the best schools in the country for A-level results, are around 20 miles from Willowbrook.
