Celebrating another year of 5-star customer satisfaction

Hopkins Homes has once again been awarded the premium ‘five-star’ accolade for overall customer satisfaction from the Home Builders Federation (HBF).

The accolade means that more than 90% of our customers who completed the HBF’s National New Homes Customer Satisfaction Survey would recommend us to a friend.

The five-star status is much sought after in the housebuilding industry and places us amongst the very best nationally. The accolade reflects positively on all aspects of Hopkins Homes from the design of our homes, the environments we create, and the standard of customer service provided.

The HBF survey is designed to provide new homebuyers with information to help guide their purchasing decision, and to encourage excellent levels of service to be delivered.
