Our ‘Mortgage Paid for Twelve Months’ offer and £2,500 contribution towards energy bills is available on selected plots at River Reach, Chitts Hill, West Bergholt, Barsham Vale, Miller’s Gate, Colne Meadow, Kingley Grove, Heronsgate, Butterfield Meadow, St George’s Park, St George’s Place, St James’ Park and Alconbury Weald reserved by 31st January 2022.
The ‘Mortgage Paid for Twelve months’ offer is a contribution towards the purchaser’s mortgage payments for the first twelve months, up to a maximum value of £10,000. If the first twelve months’ mortgage payments are less than £10,000, our contribution will be capped at the value of the first twelve months’ mortgage payments. If the first twelve months’ mortgage payments exceeds £10,000 then our contribution will be capped at £10,000.
The purchaser must disclose their intention to take advantage of this offer at the point of reservation and it must be recorded on the reservation form in order to qualify.

The £2,500 contribution towards energy bills will be made in full, in one single sum, on legal completion.

The “Mortgage paid for twelve months” offer is subject to approval by the lender. Lending options may be reduced by taking advantage of this offer.
