Buzzing with excitement

East Anglia is just buzzing with the sound of electric drills and new homes being created. Caroline Culot, Eastern Daily Press, looks at one of the developments springing up.
From its bustling market place to its ancient abbey, Wymondham has plenty to offer both residents and visitors alike and now house hunters can have their first look at the new Hopkins Homes development - Birch Gate, when the marketing suite opens tomorrow, Saturday September 23rd.
Birch Gate is arranged around a beautiful lake which forms the focal point for the new community. Extensive open ground gives the development a spacious feel which is ideal for families and anyone who likes to get away from the city at the end of the working day.
The development offers 29 different house styles carefully selected to ensure that a new community can quickly become established and continue to thrive for generations to come. Lee Barnard, sales and marketing director at Hopkins Homes said: "Birch Gate at Wymondham as been attracting a lot of interest both from those already living locally and those from further afield so we are delighted to be able to give prospective buyers a closer look when the marketing suite opens this weekend."
The 29 house styles available will allow buyers to choose the perfect home to suit their needs from two, three, four and five-bedroomed properties within a mix of detached, link or semi-detached, terraced, townhouses, bungalow and apartments.
Independent financial advisors, Just Mortgages, will also be available throughout the opening weekend to discuss buyers' requirements and take them through the various buying schemes including the government backed Help to Buy and Hopkins Homes own Part Exchange scheme.
