Our Spring offers are available on selected plots reserved by 7th March 2023 and entitles the purchaser to one of the following: up to £10,000 towards your deposit* or up to £10,000 towards your stamp duty.

The purchaser must present a copy of the email prior to reserving and it must be recorded in the ‘Conditions of Sale’ on the reservation form in order to qualify.

This offer can be withdrawn at any time at the discretion of Hopkins Homes Ltd.

This offer cannot be redeemed in part or in whole as a cash alternative.

This offer cannot be redeemed against the selling price of the plot.

Offer will be paid upon legal completion.
