Our ‘Three for 2023’ offer is available on selected plots reserved by 31st January 2023 and entitles the purchaser up to a maximum of £15,000 savings towards one of the following; deposit, stamp duty or as cash.
The purchaser must present a copy of the email prior to reserving and it must be recorded in the ‘Conditions of Sale’ on the reservation form in order to qualify.

This offer cannot be redeemed in part or in whole as a cash alternative.
