Terms & Conditions : 'Mortgage paid for six months' Promotion

Our ‘Six Month Mortgage Paid’ offer is available on Plot 82 at our Chitts Hill development.

The offer is a contribution towards the purchaser’s mortgage payments for the first six months, up to a maximum value of £5,000. If the first six months’ mortgage payments are less than £5000, our contribution will be capped at the value of the first six months’ mortgage payments.  If the first six months’ mortgage payments exceeds £5,000 then our contribution will be capped at £5,000.

The purchaser must disclose their intention to take advantage of this offer at the point of reservation and it must be recorded on the reservation form in order to qualify.
