• This Offer is available on selected developments and plots only, subject to status and availability.
• To qualify for this Offer you need to have paid your reservation fee and entered into a reservation agreement for your new home with Hopkins Homes no later than 31st May 2023.  A copy of the email must be presented to your Sales Consultant prior to reserving and it must be recorded in the ‘Conditions of Sale’ on the reservation form in order to qualify.
• This Offer does not apply to existing customers that have completed their reservation and are now in the process of purchase.
• If the property purchase is cancelled for any reason, the Offer will no longer apply. 
• Excludes Buy to Let mortgage products and homes purchased using any of the Hopkins Homes’ Part Exchange or MoveEasy schemes.
• Hopkins Homes reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend this Offer at any time without notice.
• Offer to be paid upon legal completion.

Deposit Boost

In addition to our standard terms and conditions, outlined in the £20,000 cashback offer, the following also applies:

• This Offer is for Hopkins Homes to contribute towards your deposit up to a maximum of 5% of the purchase price.
• This 5% sum will be agreed with you prior to the reservation of your new home from Hopkins Homes.
• Purchasers are required to contribute a minimum 10% deposit.
• Hopkins Homes’ contribution of 5% towards the cost of a new property by Hopkins Homes is paid directly to the purchaser’s solicitor at the time of legal completion. It is not paid to the purchaser.
• Purchasers must meet the lender’s mortgage eligibility criteria.
