Recommend a Friend - Miller's Gate, Soham - Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to the Hopkins Homes ‘Recommend a Friend’ promotion at Miller’s Gate, Soham:

£1,000 will be paid to both the recommender and the recommended purchaser within 28 days of legal completion of the plot.

This offer is only valid if the recommended purchaser is not previously known to Hopkins Homes. This will be decided by whether they have previously been registered on the Hopkins Homes database.

This offer is not redeemable post reservation or reservations which have already taken place.  It is not available to Hopkins Homes’ employees.

The promotion closes on 31 June 2023.
