Emergencies
Please contact us immediately if you experience any of the following:
- Complete loss of heating or hot water
- An uncontrollable water leak that is causing damage
- No usable toilet within the property
- An external door that cannot be opened or secured
- Blocked drains that are causing flooding or overflow. Please note that homeowners may be liable for costs if a blockage is found to be self inflicted.
