“For me as a first-time buyer, it felt like the perfect place to start,” Michael said. “It’s in a great location, in a quiet village, but you’ve still got shops and public transport nearby. It also felt like somewhere with a really nice sense of community.”

“When I first saw the apartment, it was really just a shell, so being able to come back every couple of weeks and see the progress was brilliant,” he said. “It was reassuring to see everything moving forward and staying on track.”
As his moving date approached, Michael also met the development’s NHBC award-winning Site Manager for his home demonstration.
“The Site Manager took his time and went through everything properly, making sure I could ask any questions I had,” Michael explained. “The sales team have been the same throughout. Whenever I’ve needed something clarified or sent an email, they’ve always been there to help.”
Looking forward to making it his own
With moving day approaching, Michael is looking forward to the independence that comes with having a home of his own and being able to make the apartment feel personal to him.
“I’m most excited about having my own space and that independence,” he said. “It feels like an important step forward for me and something I can build on for the future.”
The high specification included as standard has also meant many of the practical finishing touches are already taken care of. With integrated kitchen appliances and flooring included, Michael can focus on furnishing and personalising his new home from the moment he moves in.
“I’m really looking forward to choosing the furniture, putting pictures up and adding all the things that will make it feel like mine,” he added. “Having so much already finished means I can concentrate on making it feel like home.”
As the first apartment purchaser at Loddon Rise, Michael will also be among the first to see the new community around him continue to take shape.
“I’m looking forward to meeting more people as they move in and getting to know my neighbours,” he said. “It’ll be nice seeing the community grow around us.”
