Bournewood Park opens its doors in Halstead
Hopkins Homes is delighted to welcome visitors to Bournewood Park, a new collection of thoughtfully designed homes on the outskirts of Halstead, following a special VIP preview event attended by the Mayor of Halstead, Cllr James Bond.
The Mayor joined the Hopkins Homes team to officially open the development’s show homes ahead of the public launch on Saturday 30 May, giving invited guests an early opportunity to explore the new community and see the quality, character and design of the homes first-hand.
Located on Bournebridge Hill, Bournewood Park will deliver 197 new homes, ranging from one to four bedrooms. Designed to suit a variety of lifestyles, from first-time buyers and growing families to downsizers, the development brings together Hopkins Homes’ signature traditional architecture with modern, energy-efficient living.
Set beside open countryside and close to Halstead’s historic town centre, Bournewood Park offers the best of both worlds: a peaceful, rural setting with everyday amenities, schools, local shops and transport links within easy reach.
Sustainability has been central to the vision for Bournewood Park. Homes at the development will include energy-efficient features such as air source heat pumps and electric vehicle charging points as standard. The VIP preview was a proud moment to welcome local representatives and community guests to the development before opening the doors to the wider public.
