Brand new development within a new community

Following the successful delivery of the gateway development; award-winning developer, Hopkins Homes, is set to unveil the second phase of homes in the Alconbury Weald community (PE28 4WX) this weekend.

Buyers will have the opportunity to make early reservations at the event taking place at the development on Saturday, prior to the new show home opening later in the year.

Hopkins Homes is East Anglia's largest independent home builder and was appointed as the first residential partners by site owners and developers Urban&Civic.

Fronting onto the community's cricket pitch, the new homes within this phase will range from spacious one- and two-bedroom apartments to luxurious two- , three- and four-bedroom family homes in an array of over 27 different designs and styles. As seen in Hopkins Homes' first phase, the new homes are designed to reflect the architecture of the surrounding villages.
