Our Sales Executives
Our Sales Executives are on hand to support you from your very first enquiry through to the completion of your new home. They will explain what to expect throughout your journey and are available to answer any questions you may have.
They will also assist you in selecting your choices and Extras, and keep you informed of the progress of your new home.
Dedicated Customer Services
Once you have moved in, a dedicated Customer Services Co-ordinator will be available to support you. An out-of-hours emergency contact will also be provided for your peace of mind.
You will receive clear information about your chosen home, including details of the Hopkins Homes warranty and the NHBC Buildmark Policy.
Quality & Construction
Our Site Manager will monitor the quality of your new home at key stages of construction and will meet with you to discuss any remedial works if required.
Together with the Sales Executive, the Site Manager will provide a home demonstration, explaining your appliances, heating system and the key features of your new home to ensure you feel confident from day one.
Health, Safety & Assurance
Health and safety guidance will be provided to minimise any risks when visiting your chosen development.
We are a registered developer with the Consumer Code and the New Homes Quality Board and comply fully with their Code. A formal Complaints Procedure is available should you feel that any concerns have not been addressed to your satisfaction.
