Terms & Conditions : 'Stamp Duty Savings' Promotion

Our ‘Stamp Duty Savings’ offer is available on selected plots at Miller’s Gate, Soham, Cambridgeshire, and Blyth Vale, Halesworth, Suffolk, reserved by 7th September 2022.

The offer is a contribution towards the purchaser’s liability for normal Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) up to a maximum value of £5000. If the SDLT is less than £5000, our contribution will be capped at the value of the SLDT.  If the SDLT exceeds £5000 then our contribution will be capped at £5000. Any SDLT value over this capped amount must be met by the purchaser.

Hopkins Homes Ltd will deduct the Stamp Duty contribution for the property, up to a maximum value of £5000, from the purchase price upon completion. The contribution will be made on the date of legal completion to the purchaser’s solicitor. It remains the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure Stamp Duty is paid to HMRC upon completion.

The purchaser must disclose their intention to take advantage of this offer at the point of reservation and it must be recorded on the reservation form in order to qualify.
