As Digital Marketing Manager, you will understand the importance of both building a brand online and delivering sales leads. You will care passionately about the brand’s presentation and be determined to create a market-leading digital presence. An understanding and knowledge of effective website performance, CRO, SEO, digital advertising, social media, content creation and delivery is essential to this role.

service to our customers.
Your main responsibilities will include:
• Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of our product and its construction, relevant local
information, our unique selling points, the New Homes Quality Code, General Disclosure
of Personal Records, Hopkins Homes Health & Safety and Personal Safety policies, and
using such knowledge in a professional and structured manner.
• Attending to the needs of visitors, customers and potential purchasers and updating and
progressing leads via our CRM system.
• Taking reservations and initiating paperwork with speed and accuracy and supporting
customers with understanding the sales process, including the financial and legal
aspects.
• Building great working relationships and having a continuous liaison with solicitors,
estate agents, banks and building society managers and valuers to support with sales.
• Ensuring the Sales Centre, Show Homes, Stock Plots and associated gardens are well
maintained, cleaned and kept up to date, to maintain a standard of excellence.
• Sales of customer extras from the Hopkins Homes range within agreed timescales and to
agreed targets.
• Effective communication with the Site Manager to ensure knowledge of plot construction,
progress and safe areas of viewing.
• Supporting the company in covering additional developments across the region when
required.
Skills/Attributes
Essential
• Be well organised, have a flexible approach and have strong communication skills.
• Able to build strong lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Passionate about keeping our values and vision at the heart of everything we do
• A collaborative and responsible member of a team, able to take accountability for work
• Full UK Driving licence
Desirable
• Great verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task with good time management.
• Proficient IT skills – Office, Word, Excel
