When it comes to education, children aged between five and eleven are welcomed at the Stoke Holy Cross Primary School which is a short walk away. Older pupils are catered for at Framingham Earl High School, a six minute drive away, while nearby Norwich boasts the renowned University of East Anglia.

Watermill Meadow is well served for road travel, with the A140, A47 and the A146 all close at hand. Norwich Railway Station is around 20 minutes away by car, while the city’s airport can be reached in 30 minutes with its air links to Europe.
